Quick facts

Capital: Ljubljana – it is a tiny but beautiful capital with the River Sava running through.

Transport: The trains aren’t great in Slovenia, so it’s best to take buses. I use the Omio app to get around.

Handy Apps: You can also get Bolt taxis in Slovenia.

Language: Slovenia’s language is similar to the rest of Balkan like Croatia. They speak good English as well.
