Sim Card: Nepal Telecom is the most popular one to get. 500 rs should get you 7 GB with a week long time frame.
Handy Apps: Pathao is an app that has bike and taxi sharing. Foodmandu is the food order and takeaway app. You can also book activities and even tours on Klook.
Language: Nepali, with the word Namaste being most commonly spoken.
