Poland
Poland is a country that surprises me with its beauty. Learn about a lesser-talk about part of Europe and their once massive empire while pigging out on polish dumplings since they are crazy cheap:

Transport: there are both trains and buses, although buses are more reliable. I used Omio to book transport around Europe and it’s great to have all my tickets in one place.
Currency: Polish Zloty, 1 = 1.8 HKD = 0.23 USD
Sim Card: Many sim cards are valid for entire Europe
Handy Apps: Wolt is the food delivery app to use, and Google Map worked very well for public transport in Warsaw.
Language: Polish, which was difficult for me to learn!
