Location of Club V E-Gaming
Club V E-Gaming has its own entrance at street level right next to the Pullman Saigon Center, but you can also access it via the lift inside or the guest lift for hotel guests.
The Pullman Saigon Center hotel is located in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City, only 5-10 minutes from the famous Walking Street, and a short 15-minute walk to other sights like Ben Thanh Market. The airport is about a 30-minute drive away, but it’s best to budget 45 minutes due to traffic.
Who can visit Club V E Gaming?
You can visit Club V if you are over 18 years old and hold a foreign passport. If you only have a Vietnamese passport, then you cannot enter. You will need to present your passport for staff verification upon arrival.
Note 1: if you have big, visible tattoos, you have to cover it out to enter
Note 2: Smoking is allowed inside Club V; masks can be provided for those who would like one from the staff.
Membership
You don’t have to register to visit Club V; you can simply let the staff know that you would like to look around, and you are free to do so. Their gaming machines accept cash in USD, and they can print out a cash voucher if you want to switch machines or if you wish to cash out at the cashier. The cashier can also convert currency for you.
Registering as a member
Registering for a membership at Club V is free. You need to present your passport, and they’ll also take a photo of you. You will need to fill out a short form with some personal information.
A $20 free play amount is automatically added to your membership card for new members. You can also load cash via bank transfer or credit card at the cashier. Additionally, you can collect points that can be redeemed for vouchers to use at Pullman Saigon, such as for restaurants, spa services, or accommodations. The points can also be used for dining inside Club V.

If you just want bottled water, it is available on tables scattered around Club V, and you can also ask one of the staff for coffee.
They also have an extensive menu featuring Korean, Chinese, and Western food, along with a rotating monthly special. Their monthly special is called “Taste of Club V,” and the one we tried was Mulberry Tea and Mini Melon Cake.
We also had the xiaolongbao, BBQ pork, and bibimbap, and it was all really good. They even offer Korean fried chicken from Chicago, though it requires a bit of a wait.
